The 36th Malaysia International Machinery Fair (MIMF 2025) is scheduled to take place from July 10th to 12th, 2025, at the Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre (MITEC) in Kuala Lumpur.
Organized by the Malaysia Promas International Business Society (PROMAS) and managed by ES International Event Management Sdn Bhd, this prestigious event is endorsed by the Malaysia External Trade Development Corporation (MATRADE) and supported by key organizations such as the Department of Islamic Development Malaysia (JAKIM), Malaysia Convention & Exhibition Bureau (MyCEB), Dewan Perniagaan Usahawan Malaysia (DPUM), and Persatuan Usahawan Wawasan Wanita Malaysia (WAWASANITA).
Since its inception in 1989, MIMF has grown from a modest exhibition with only 50 booths at Stadium Merdeka to Malaysia’s longest-running and most comprehensive machinery trade fair. Over the years, it has expanded to include specialized exhibitions covering areas like packaging and food processing, plastics, moulds, tools, lighting, and LED signage, as well as the bakery industry.

At the recent press conference held to officially launch MIMF 2025, organizers unveiled this year’s key focus areas and themes. That would be around 500 booths from overseas, especially China and more than 150 companies joining our show, particularly in the food processing and packaging industries.”
